5. MAINTENANCE & BREAKDOWNS

If a vehicle becomes inoperable, you must notify us immediately.

If towing is required, calls may be routed directly to an approved tow provider.

Unauthorized repairs or towing may result in additional charges.

6. ACCIDENTS & DAMAGE

In the event of an accident:

Notify us immediately

File a police report when required

You are financially responsible for damages not covered by insurance or caused by negligence.

7. NO WARRANTIES

Vehicles are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or vehicle availability.
